The most important aspect of the grant process is the paperwork. This is known as grant writing. A clearly written grant proposal will go a long way towards garnering the money you need. Home equity loans, also called second mortgages are currently as low as 4.00% A.P.R. which means more money in your pocket and less interest that you need to repay.
